[Kde-bindings] Kimono classes in SVN compile

Hi,

I just fixed the few Kimono classes that create some trouble by hand, so now 
they compile. It wasn't really much, sometimes just a little hard to figure 
out where the mistake was.
Patch attached.
Seems like kalyptus is doing quite a good job here. I think it needs just a 
few more special cases and fine tuning to avoid fixing by hand.
