[Kde-bindings] Qyoto: Custom Signal Parameters work

Hi,

I got the custom signal parameters to work. The solution was quite simple and 
was a problem with the C#-code. The "stack"-array was set up in C#, but the 
contents were "displaced".
Furthermore I modified the makefile to be able to create a qyoto.dll, that 
simplifies testing of the bindings.

Patch attached, please use "patch -p0 < signals.diff".
