[Kde-bindings] CMake file for Qyoto/Kimono

Works for me too, thanks! Something that is missing though is the
"make install" rule which I think it should copy the file libqyoto.so
to the /usr/lib(64) or /usr/local/lib(64) and install the
qt-dotnet.dll in the gac using gacutil tool (we also need a strong
name for the dll. I don't know what are the rules to create this).
