The Qt4 QtRuby bindings are going well, and are almost ready for a release. 
I've converted a lot of the examples applications, and got the new rbuic 
compiler working. It mainly needs Qt::FormBuilder to replace 
Qt::WidgetFactory, then that's pretty much everything done.

But no news about a Windows port yet - maybe once the first release is out 
someone will try.
