[Kde-bindings] playground/bindings/kimono

Hi Richard & list,

Just a quick and potentially dumb question. Kimono is always referred to as 
bindings for C#, but does it just spit out another 'assembly' for the CLR 
which can be just as easily by any CLR supported language? (IronPython, Boo 
etc).
