I know the second thread and I reached the decision that it is possible to 
write and distribute the php binding code with LGPL. I'm determining whether 
it is better to use gpl or lgpl because Jean-Luc Gyger started writing a php 
binding last year and has had a discussion about the licensing at first.

So I believe people will ask about the licensing and there is a lot of 
confusion about it. In the end I'm not a lawer.
