[Kde-bindings] Constructor error with QtRuby redux

The previous issue with Debian was with Ruby 1.8.3.  I'd bet that  
they're using a 1.8.3 snapshot that was released sometime after the  
official 1.8.3, and has some kind of change that's causing this.

It works fine on stock 1.8.3 here, but 1.8.4_pre1 does not work.

I'll plan to dig into it shortly.
