Right, I've uploaded a new version of qtruby-1.0.4.tgz to RubyForge. I've 
removed the KDE_RPATH macro, and the smoke/kde directory. And I've copied 
qtruby-1.0.4/qtruby/README.build to qtruby-1.0.4/INSTALL.
