Thanks - maybe it's a better Java Desktop the Sun's version :). One thing that 
needs doing is to build the bindings for gcj by default - at the moment it 
looks for a Sun jvm instead of free software that you'd need for Debian. I'll 
try out gcj and try and get it all fixed for KDE 3.2.1.
