[Kde-bindings] [Bug 87141] New: qtruby will not compile

Strange - kdebindings/smoke/kde is in the cvs. QtRuby/Korundum weren't built 
by default in KDE 3.2.3, but they are now, so I think this problem has been 
fixed for KDE 3.3.
