Is this name intended to imply that it will be specific to Mono, so
that it won't be suitable for use with DotGNU Portable.NET ?

BTW the DotGNU project is very interested in having a KDE theme for
our SWF implementation.  David Sansome and Simon Guindon have recently
done some interesting work in this direction:

  System.Windows.Forms GUI toolkit.  This will allow Winform controls
  to paint as native Qt controls and take on a more native/look and feel.
