[Kde-bindings] PyQt/PyKDE copy in KDE-bindings status

Hi all,

Just some quick info. I'm waiting on an update to PyKDE to become available, 
then I'll get to work putting in and working out, a copy of PyQt/PyKDE for 
the kde-bindings CVS.

I haven't dissappeared. =)
