[Kde-bindings] kdebindings and bugzilla

Hello All,

I've changed the assignee for the bugs currently under 'bindings' to this 
list.  Many of these no longer apply or are unconfirmed.  It'd be a good idea 
to do some spring cleaning regarding the bugs database.  I am thinking of 
adding the various bindings as components under the main 'bindings' 
component.  I don't know how to change the default assignee for a component 
so the sub-components will have to wait.
