Umm... their DTD sucks. After further investigation, it's an exact
mirror of the -fdump-t-u format. If you loaded their XML into ram,
you'd get the same datastructure my program uses. Obscure, and
difficult to use. We can do better. The Qt# DTD is closer to what we
can use, if not perfect either.
