[Kde-bindings] [announce] creation of kde-bindings list

Dear all,

The need seems to have grown lately for a shared place where all the people 
interested in KDE and Qt bindings, regardless of the target language, could 
discuss common issues/solutions and share their knowledge.

The recently created [kde-bindings] list aims at fullfilling this need.
