[Kde-bindings] QtC build failure with Qt 3.1.2

A Qt# user reported a problem that is actually a QtC problem. The bug report 
is referenced below, but to summarize, TT seems to have removed the 
layoutEditors() method from the QDateTimeEdit class, causing the QtC build to 
fail. So we need to remove that method.
