KIO 6.22.1 release + ABI issues

Hi,

a bugfix release for KIO 6.22 is available, with one change:

Important context:

KIO 6.15 introduced 
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/commit/43ae770f077641454af2084cf3dcc5562fd4ffe9, 
which has a mistake when deprecating a virtual function. Because of that 
you may get a different vtable layout depending on how the project is 
built and thus potential ABI issues.

The patch addresses that mistake. However it is possible that some 
projects are already built against the new, unintended vtable layout. 
I'd recommend to rebuild consumers of KIO to rule out any such issues.
