KDE Gear 25.08.1 released

Thursday, 11 September 2025. Over 180 individual programs plus dozens of 
programmer libraries and feature plugins are released simultaneously as 
part of KDE Gear.

Today they all get new bugfix source releases with updated translations, 
including:

* kate: Fix infinite loop in git blame when using flatpak (fixes bug 
#508577)
* ktorrent: Fix issue of constantly writing to the magnets file (fixes bug 
#490894)
* tokodon: Fix the account moderation tools page
