md4qt v5.2.0

Hello.

I'd like to inform you that md4qt version 5.2.0 was just released.

In this version was added serialization of MD::Item into QTextStream. You can 
serialize any item - heading, paragraph or whole the document. You can use

QTextStream &operator<<(QTextStream &stream,
                        const Item &item);

or virtual method

virtual void write(QTextStream &stream,
                       SerialiseHelper *helper) const = 0;

of MD::Item.

This was a little a challenge to serialize back into Markdown, there are a lot 
of small underwater stones, but task was done. All tests I have in md4qt 
passed with parsing original Markdown, serializing, parsing again serialized 
data , comparing original document with parsed from serialized data. Looks 
like it works :)

This feature can be used in Marknote and will save not so small effort in this 
question. Thanks Marknote's team for the idea to md4qt they gave me :)
