GCompris release 26.0

Hi,

we just released the version 26.0 of GCompris
(https://gcompris.net/news-en.html#2026-02-04 and
https://mastodon.social/@gcompris/116011849643490158).

It contains 2 new languages following the visit of Timothée
to Kerala (Tamil and Kannada), 2 new activities (thanks to
Bruno Anselme, Timothée and Johnny).

And more importantly, there is a new tool GCompris-teachers!

Regarding the dependencies, for packagers, if Qt > 6.9, we use
QtGraphs and for the teacher tool, we use QtSql also.
