QRtfReader 1.0.0 released

Hi,

QRtfReader 1.0.0 has been released.

QRtfReader is a library for reading Rtf documents.

Originally, this library was imported from the Calligra project where 
there was a temporary copy of Brad Hards rtf-qt library.

Now this library is standalone.

It is planned to use it in Calligra in the near future. And later in the 
KFileMetadata for the rtf extractor.
