Plasma Keyboard initial beta release

Hey everyone,

I have just released the first beta of Plasma Keyboard (0.1.0), a
virtual keyboard for Plasma that can replace maliit-keyboard. The plan
is to eventually release it as part of the Plasma release schedule.
