Amarok 3.1 beta available

Dear packagers

I am happy to announce the immediate availability of Amarok 3.0.81, a beta of
an upcoming Amarok 3.1 release.

The dependencies to attica framework have been removed, and minimum required
KF version is now 5.89.

Although there are just a couple of new features in this version, there has been a
lot of Qt6 compatibility work done that shouldn't affect functionality,
but that justifies the next version to be 3.1 and not 3.0.2, and also justifies
having a little beta period before final release.
3.1.0 is likely to be released in early August.
