Amarok 3.2 available

Dear packagers,

I am happy to announce the immediate availability of Amarok 3.2.0!

Tarball is available at https://download.kde.org/stable/amarok/3.2.0/amarok-3.2.0.tar.xz.mirrorlist

Minimum required KF version is now 5.108. 3.2.0 supports building a Qt6/KF6 version, but
this is still experimental. Qt5/KF5 is still the recommended, tested configuration, for now.
