GCompris release 2.4

Hi,
for package maintainers, we got the information that this version (GCompris
2.4) may require a "qt-imageformats" package or equivalent to handle
correctly the WebP format (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=453404).
The Qt5 install should have a plugin named libqwebp.so.
