liquidshell 1.8.1 released

Hi everyone,

liquidshell 1.8.1, the basic Desktop Shell leveraging Qt Widgets and the KDE Frameworks libraries,
is released.

It's a bugfix release, so no new features.
Fixes are mainly:
- Fix DBus menu labels/access key and icon search
- Changes needed due to KCM renaming in KF5
- allow focus on Desktop to fix issue with global shortcuts
- close "please charge" notification immediately when plugged in
- Send NotificationClosed dbus message on notification close
