KDiff3 1.9.4 Windows and MacOS binaries

I am releasing the windows 1.9.4 installer with correct metadata. Also the MacOS X build is now working and 1.9.4 will be released for that platform at this time.
Sorry for the delay. I have other things on my mind right now but I do intend to keep up with kdiff3.
