KDiff3 1.9.4 Release

KDiff3 1.9.4 has been released.
 It can be found at https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/kdiff3-1.9[1].4_.tar.xz.mirrorlist_
This tarball includes translations.

The windows update has also been released

 It can be found at https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/kdiff3-1.9.4-windows-64-cl.exe.mirrorlist[2]

For reasons beyond my control the MacOS build is currently failling in binary factory. I 
have no local means to gernerate this build and this appears to be a Qt compile bug.

This release fixes DOS/Wndows line ending handling regression and a race condition 
during teardown.
