Kup version 0.9.1

Kup is a backup scheduler integrating with the plasma desktop with
support for versioned incremental backups using bup and for sync-type of
backup by using rsync.

Kup version 0.9.1, changes since 0.9.0:

- Bug fix for purger app launching at time of user login in some 
configurations

- Build fix for Qt 5.12

- Translation updates
