KDiff3 1.8.2 Release

KDiff3 1.8.2 has been released.


 It can be found at https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/

This tarball includes translations.

A windows version will be provided in the coming days.

This release fixes multiple crash issues and redraw on horizontal scroll.
