Changed dependencies in KPhotoAlbum v5.6

Dear packagers,

I'm happy to announce KPhotoAlbum 5.6[1], which was released today.

This version of KPhotoAlbum supports the libkf5purpose as a plugin interface.

Depending on the state of KIPI plugins in your distro, you might also consider 
removing dependencies on KIPI now or later (KIPI support will be removed from 
KPhotoAlbum v5.7, due to release some time in 2020).
