KDiagram version 2.6.3 maintenance release available

KDiagram is the powerful libraries (KChart, KGantt) for creating 
business diagrams.

This fixes a regression introduced in KChart 2.6.2.
When painting with a target rectangle, the chart was not re-layouted, 
effectivly ignoring the rectangle.
