KIO GDrive 1.2.4 released

KIO GDrive is a KIO slave that enables Google Drive integration with
KIO-aware applications.

Changes
--------------

* Fixed opening files with special characters in their name (bug #395590).
* Fixed homepage URL in the appstream file.
* Updated translations.
