KTorrent 5.1.1

Apparently, the location got (accidentally) changed compared to the previous
releases. Tarball has been moved to

https://download.kde.org/stable/ktorrent/5.1.1/ktorrent-5.1.1.tar.xz.mirrorlist

(and symlink was added to keep path in the announcement working).
