kdiagram 2.6.1 bug fix release

kdiagram are libraries for including office charts capability in your 
application.
It consists of KChart and KGantt formerly known as KDChart by KDAB.

Changes in 2.6.1:

KChart:
     Honor Orientation when layoing out legend items.

     Shorten thick pens lines in legend.

     Optimize: do not call potentially detaching QVector::operator().

     Optional feature to create API dox QCH files during the build.

     Fix memory leak: Don't leak the stacked plotter.

KGantt:
     Fix crash: Do not access graphics view after it is deleted.

     Avoid crash if leftView() is not a KGanttTreeView and 
expandAll/collapseAll is called.

     Fix constraints not always removed.

     Replace constraint if data is not identical.

     Remove constraints from children of removed rows.
