KIO GDrive 1.2 RC released

KIO GDrive is a KIO slave that enables Google Drive integration with
KIO-aware applications.

Changes
--------------
The RC (v1.1.90) adds the appstream metadata file, missing the in the previous 
beta tarball. Final release in one week.
