KIO GDrive 1.1 released

KIO GDrive is a KIO slave that enables Google Drive integration with
KIO-aware applications.

Changes
--------------
The custom .desktop file that used to open Dolphin has been replaced
by a .desktop file that adds an Google Drive link in the Network
folder of Dolphin or Plasma's Folder View.
