telepathy-logger-qt-17.08.0 released

Hello everyone,

telepathy-logger-qt-17.08.0 was just released.

Besides some cosmetics the only significant change is a fix for
compatibility with cmake-3.9.x.

Please note that it's not a part of KDE Applications, despite the
version. But the last version was 15.04.0 and with the semantic of that
kind of version numbers 15.04.1 would've been a bit odd.
