KIO Gopher 0.2 beta released

KIO Gopher is a kioslave which allows kio-enabled applications to access
Gopher sites.
This is the beta version of the Frameworks port. The final version will be
released hopefully at the same time of KDE Applications 16.12, which contains
the Frameworks version of the the main user (Konqueror).

A bit of history: while this may not be the most useful software, I ported it
when I was looking for a reproducer for an issue in KIconLoader, which was
fixed before Frameworks 5.0 (see:
