KDE Partition Manager and KPMcore 2.0.0 released.

Hi,

I'm happy to announce the release of KDE Partition Manager 2.0.0 and and the 
first stable release of KPMcore 2.0.0.

The main feature is splitting partitioning library and user interface code.
