KDE Partition Manager 3.0.0 released

Hi,

KDE Partition Manager and KPMcore 3.0.0 have been released. This version 
brings much more LVM support (including support for working with LVM Volume 
Groups and LVM Logical Volumes), both LVM on LUKS and LUKS on LVM are 
supported, online resize support for file systems that support it, some other 
various bugfixes. Some crashes were also fixed. KPM was also affected by crash 
on exit in Qt, so Qt 5.7.1 or later is recommended.
