KTorrent 4.2.0 and libktorrent 1.2.0 available

A new stable release is available for ktorrent and libktorrent. No
real big features but a lot of small changes and improvements have
been added to ktorrent and libktorrent.

Changes in libktorrent include:

- Support for the partial seeding extension
- Moving data files jobs are now queued
- DHT performance has been improved

Most notable changes in ktorrent:

- Individual files of a torrent can now be checked
- Improved video streaming
- Multiple torrent tabs have been removed in favor of a single one, to
simplify the interface
- Possibility to hide uploads, downloads and not queued torrents in
the queue manager
- Search bar in the main torrent list
