[KOffice] Stability update for Kexi 2.2.x and 2.3.x released: (regression in forms)

Dear All,
As it is not clear if new releases within KOffice 2.3 series can
happen, for convenience of distributors
following _recommended_ patch for any Kexi 2.3 has been released [1].
