[KOffice] Stability update for Kexi 2.2.x and 2.3.x released

Dear All,
As there are no plans for new releases within KOffice 2.2 series and
it's not clear for 2.3 series too,
for convenience of distributors, following _recommended_ patch for any
Kexi 2.2 and 2.3 has been released [1].
