Place your JavaScript files in:
~/.kde4/share/apps/konqueror/meerkat
or
~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/meerkat
 
Install:
> cmake CMakeLists.txt
> make
> make install
 
Built and tested with qt-4.6 & konqueror-4.4.
