Shared-desktop-ontologies 0.4 released

Proudly presenting SDO 0.4 which introduces two new ontologies:

NUAO - The Nepomuk User Action Ontology
NDO - The Nepomuk Download Ontology

Also backwards compatibility problems with 0.3 have been resolved. 0.4
is fully backwards compatible to 0.2 again while adding new properties
for the previous changes in 0.3.
