Linger 0.2

Linger 0.2 is now available. This is the "lame attempt at UI" release.

This version is a significant advancement from the 0.1 version that
was
released in July of 2009. The TODO.txt file format has been replaced,
and a
very simple UI application has been included. The functionality of the
UI will
be enhanced in future releases.

Known Bugs in this release:
The 'Quit' button in the user interface isn't hooked up, so it won't
work.
