 Konvert X to DVD

zeroth alpha

still needs features x y and z.

it does convert \'X\' to dvd tho.

i tested avi/ogv/flv/mpeg1 so far.

to be fixed:
- it doesnt check for corrupt files yet**
- video duration isnt always accurate (in case of
missing headers/bitrate estimation)**
- doesnt do chapters yet**
- doesnt do menus yet
- convertX (win32) is still faster for small (
