KTorrent 4.0.3 and libktorrent 1.0.3 are out

A new bugfix release for the 4.0 series is here. Several crashes have
been fixed, and some minor bugs were fixed. KDE progress dialogs are
now shown when moving files, and 2 digits of precision are now used
when displaying sizes and speed.

Next to the ktorrent release, there is also a new release for
libktorrent. Fixing several bugs and rare crashes. When upgrading
ktorrent it is advisable to also upgrade libktorrent.
