Description:
A new little servicemenu for KDE3 & KDE4 for
mount/umount encfs encrypted directories:
* Create and Mount directory on
$home/_encfs_$originalName
* Umount destination directory and remove it
* Manage some errors
Required software:
-encfs
Installation for KDE3 (only for kde3 version)
Home installation:
- place the desktop files to
~/.kde/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/
- place the sh scripts files in a directory in
your path (I have ~/bin)
System-wide installation (for debian based
distros):
- place the desktop files to
/usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/
- place the sh scripts files in /usr/bin/ or
/usr/local/bin/
Installation for KDE4 (only for kde4 version)
Home installation:
- place the desktop files in $(kde4-config
--localprefix)/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/
(in debian based distros
~/.kde/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus)
- place the sh scripts files in a directory in
your path (I have ~/bin)
System-wide installation:
- place the desktop files in $(kde4-config
--prefix)/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/
(in debian based distros
/usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus/)
- place the sh scripts files in /usr/bin/ or
/usr/local/bin/
USE
Click on encFS directory and click on mount.
For unmounting, click on origin directory and
click on umount, this unmount and remove
destination directory.
READ THIS PLEASE:
This script create a directory in your home with
name _encfs_$DIR.
